MAYFIELD MUNICIPAL OFFICES

The Mayfield Municipal Offices are located at 28 North School Street in the building owned by the Mayfield Fire District. The Town and Village offices together with the Mayfield Fire District, Mayfield Department and Mayfield Firemen's Association all conduct business at the location.

BUILDING USAGE

The building is used for meetings held by each of the entities as well as other non profit and community organizations. A calendar is listed in the index to the left with times and dates of meetings held at the building. Organizations that qualify can request a building usage at the link below.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

In an effort to maintain the Muncipal Offices, if you are a tenant or user of the building and notice something that is broken or in need of repair, please report it at the link below. Please include a brief description and location along with your contact information. If the repair is in immediate attention, please contact 518-848-4377.

Please use this electronic form to request usage of the building for a meeting or event that has not already been scheduled on a monthly basis.

Review the calendar for open dates prior to requesting usage of the meeting room.

Requests are accepted from Boards and organizations affiliated with the Town and Village of Mayfield and members of the Mayfield Fire District and Mayfield Fire Department. Community groups that meet the requirements set forth by the District Board may apply also.

This form is for employees of the Town and Village of Mayfield and members of the Mayfield Fire Department to submit maintenance requests for the Mayfield Municpal Offices at 28 North School Street, Mayfield, NY 12117
